The kids had a fun meet tonight with another neighborhood team and they all did great! Swim team started last Tuesday and has been rained out at least 3 times so they have really only been in the water a handful of times. Abbie wasn't scheduled to swim tonight but was so excited about it that when an 8 year old got too scared to swim, she jumped right in and took her place. Abbie is still working on getting across the pool without stopping and she did a great job - especially swimming against 8-9 year olds. Sydney and Spencer both were on relay teams that won their heat and got ribbons. A fun meet for sure!
