Today at the fourth quarter awards assembly Sydney and Spencer got awards for being on the "A" Honor roll again! Great job guys! We are sure proud of you!
Sydney got an award for being on the "A" Honor Roll for the entire year!!! Actually, her teacher messed up and announced that she was on the "AB" honor roll during the assembly. Sydney and I were pretty sure she had all A's so we asked Mrs. Poling to double check. I went home and immediately checked and we were right, all A's! Mrs. Poling called me about 5 minutes later to apologize because Sydney was indeed on the "A" Honor Roll. Mistakes happen but it is always a little disappointing when they happen to you.
Spencer got an award for being on the "AB" Honor roll for the entire year. Great job bud! His only B was in reading in the 3rd quarter when he failed to turn in 2 assignments. Hopefully he has learned the lesson early that not being responsible has consequences.
