6:30 am beautiful scenic 11.5 mile ride with Cami
8:30 am Abbie's last speedy meet - she swam all four strokes and has improved SO much! We are so proud of her
11am -1 pm Swimming in the neighborhood pool with the kids, Kurt worked with each of them on improving their strokes and especially their kicks!
3pm-9pm Kurt and Colby rode an almost century ride - 92 miles around Lake Norman! Holy Cow that is a long ride!
