Little Playgroup

These 5 are so seriously cute. We are doing a rotating drop off playgroup with these guys and today was our turn to have them here. They are all very close in age and play so well together. They are so fun to watch. I read them a story while they were eating a snack and D started laughing so then everyone started laughing. Every time I turned the page they started laughing. It was cracking me up. Thanks for the laughs little cuties!

Chef Spencer

Pig Pick'n

Tonight we had a pig pick'n ward party. I was expecting the whole pig with the head on roasting over a fire but that is the polynesian way of doing things. This is "authentic carolina bbq" and it was awesome! Abbie thought the cupcake frosting was awesome too.

Day at the Lake

We had a FANTASTIC day playing at the lake with our good friends the Dixons. The kids played happily for hours and it was the perfect day. The kids swam, jumped off the docks, fed the ducks, played games in the lake and kayaked. It was so relaxing and so fun. Thanks for a great day Dixons!

Another Connor moment

Connor has been the subject of many posts lately - he is BUSY. This morning while I was getting breakfast ready, Connor was busy upstairs. He came down with a big hunk of Vicks VapoRub on one cheek and Desitin on the other. And it was in his ear, and all over his hands, and therefore all over the walls. I wondered where he got all of this good stuff until I got to his room. To his credit, I had mentioned to him that we needed to change his diaper so I think he was just getting a diaper for me and found creams, etc. in the basket.

No school tomorrow = play time tonight!

Funny that we have only been back to school for not even 2 full weeks but the kids have the next 2 days off for teacher workdays. More party time for us! We went out to dinner and came home and played Wii and watched Catie and Connor jump around and be silly. Those two are constant entertainment!
